My guide through the Betmex cashier
At the cashier I separate adding credit from withdrawing money. Bet Mexico payment information lists OXXO Pay, SPEI, Visa and Mastercard for MXN deposits, with SPEI for withdrawals. A deposit option is not automatically a withdrawal option.
Deposits: amount and receipt
The deposit reference range is 100 to 50,000 MXN across the four methods. Before paying I inspect the limit displayed for my transaction and any channel charge. A transaction maximum is not necessarily a daily maximum: SPEI publishes a daily deposit limit of 50,000 MXN.
OXXO Pay uses a payment reference; SPEI is Mexico’s interbank transfer system. For cards I check ownership and any bank authentication. I keep a receipt with amount, time and reference, and avoid repeating a payment while the first remains pending.
Details to compare
| Method | Transaction | Reference in MXN |
|---|---|---|
| OXXO Pay | Deposit | 100–50,000 |
| SPEI | Deposit | 100–50,000 |
| Visa / Mastercard | Deposit | 100–50,000 |
| SPEI | Withdrawal | From 100; check current limit |
Withdrawals: ownership and verification
For a withdrawal I open the cashier and inspect available credit rather than just the total balance. The reference is SPEI from 100 MXN, with an analysed published limit of 200,000 MXN; current terms and the cashier determine the limit applicable to my account and period.
CLABE is Mexico’s 18-digit bank account identifier. I check that it belongs to my own account and matches the verified profile. Created, approved and received are different stages. A processing reference of up to 2 days is not a guaranteed arrival time.
What I compare in the history
When a deposit is missing I compare the bank receipt with cashier history. A card charge alone does not prove that casino credit has been posted. If the reference expired or the amount differs, I retain the details for an enquiry.
For a pending withdrawal I check identity verification, ownership and promotional requirements first. I never send another deposit to “unlock” a withdrawal on instructions from an unknown message. My practical conclusion is that a traceable transaction matters more than a generic speed claim.
OXXO Pay, SPEI, Visa and Mastercard separately
The reviewed deposit methods are OXXO Pay, SPEI, Visa and Mastercard. The published reference is 100 to 50,000 MXN without a casino fee. I distinguish that from possible retailer, bank or channel charges. I also avoid turning “instant” into my own measurement: authorisation, a charge and account credit are separate events that may appear at different times.
OXXO Pay requires a valid reference and payment receipt. For SPEI I inspect the instructions generated for that transaction and the daily limit. Card ownership must match the account and bank authentication may apply. I do not add Mercado Pago, PayPal, CoDi or cryptocurrencies simply because they are familiar in Mexico; they must actually be enabled to count as service options. This prevents preparing a method unavailable to the account.
Daily limits, available cash and winnings
The second analysis distinguishes a 200,000 MXN daily withdrawal limit from a 100,000 MXN daily net-winnings limit. I neither add them nor treat them as the same concept. One restricts requested payments; the other may restrict recognised results within a period. Before a large transaction I inspect the relevant clause, its definition of a day and any additional method restriction.
I separate total, promotional and withdrawable balances. A request can reserve funds while awaiting approval, identity checks or bank ownership clarification. To compare timing I record submission, approval and bank receipt separately. The reviewed processing reference of up to 2 days is not my promise of a specific outcome. These stages make delays easier to describe and prevent calling a request screen a completed withdrawal.
Frequently asked questions
Can I withdraw with OXXO Pay?
The withdrawal reference is SPEI. Do not confuse deposit and withdrawal channels.
What if the money has not arrived?
Request status, bank details, KYC and transaction reference.
What is a CLABE?
It is an 18-digit Mexican bank account identifier. Check ownership and digits before confirming a withdrawal.
Should I repeat a pending deposit?
Check its status and keep the receipt first. Repeating it can create two transactions.
